Need new tools to help you in life? Sometimes the old tools we have are the only ones that we know how to use, but are ineffective. But we constantly use these tools because they are the only ones we have to use.
When attending counseling, I will teach you new tools that you can use to replace the old tools that are worn out and not affective anymore. 5% of the work will be done here in the office/ 95% of what you learn will be implemented in "your world"........at home, or at work.
For a shorter time in the waiting room, please fill out the Application Form and bring it with you on your first appointment.
